22 Sep 2021 8:16 AM | Becky Schaffner (Administrator)

Posted on behalf of the Maine GeoLibrary.

The Maine Library of Geographic Information (aka Maine GeoLibrary) is reaching out to you to solicit your input by filling out a brief (5-10 minutes) online survey for the Maine GeoLibrary's strategic plan update project.

The Timmons Group was selected to support the GeoLibrary Board in its work for planning our future. Their project plan includes identifying the Maine GeoLibrary Board operational needs and developing recommendations in the areas of executive leadership, membership, bylaws, increased collaborations, funding mechanisms, and support staffing. Progress updates to the Strategic Plan Project are located on the Maine GeoLibrary website under Strategic Plan.

Your response is very important to us, so PLEASE Act now to fill out the survey before the Friday, October 1st due date!

  • A brief Story Map on the Strategic Plan Update process is located here (includes the Stakeholder Survey at the end).
  • Want to go straight to the survey without any upfront reading? Go here for the Stakeholder Survey.

Please share the survey with your colleagues, and anyone who uses or has an interest in geospatial data, we want to be sure everyone has a chance to help us plan for the State's geospatial needs.

Thank you for supporting the GeoLibrary and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
