First he will discuss using GIS tools for site selection related to new stores and relocation of existing stores. Then he will discuss how he uses spatial intelligence to determine product placement within stores based on trade area demographics. Rob has 30 years of experience working for a variety of large retail businesses.
Director of Market Research for Rite Aid, Rob George has been named to Shopper Marketing Who’s Who in Insights, Analytics & Data each year since 2014. "My current role has me analyzing both current and potential customers to determine the best locations for our pharmacies. We then use customer behavioral data to determine the best use of our space for the customers living around the location."
