Mission Statement:

“The Maine GIS User Group (MEGUG) is a non-profit organization that promotes awareness of and encourages the coordinated development and effective use of geographic information and related technologies.  MEGUG focuses its efforts in the areas of policy, liaison and networking, research, education, and public relations.  The Group facilitates discussion and exchange of information and ideas in these areas by hosting regular meetings, workshops, and roundtables open to both members and non-members.”
